Applicants occasionally make data entry and other similar form errors on their application forms. Applicants can request ECF FCC Form 471 modifications in the ECF Portal using the Contact Reviewer button within the form record under the Communications or Related Actions tab or during Emergency Connectivity Fund Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) review. Provide your PIA reviewer with as much detail as possible about the requested form correction(s). USAC will inform you in your Funding Commitment Decision Letter (FCDL) if your ECF FCC Form 471 correction was allowable and if it was processed.

After You’re Done

USAC will issue a Funding Commitment Decision Letter (FCDL) to both the applicant and the service provider via email after we have reviewed the funding request(s) included in the ECF FCC Form 471 application. If applicants have questions, they can contact the Emergency Connectivity Fund Customer Support Center or create an ECF Portal case in the ECF Portal.
